In classical mathematics the operations applied for solving a sum are only along a single line.

So, here we have to only talk about the second line, and eliminate the first line which is not equated to anything and thus the second line which says
0+1+11+1*0+1
Now applying bodmas rule.
0+1+11+0+1 = 13

And thus, the only correct answer is 13.

Hope this helps you !!
