Let the volume capacity of flask be V ml.

Weight of empty flask:   64.27 g
Weight of flask full of water:  150.35 g
Weight of  V ml of water:  150.35 - 64.27 = 86.08 g

Weight of  V/2 ml of water (half full)  :  86.08/2 = 43.04 g
Weight of flask half filled: 64.27 + 43.04 = 107.31 g

Weight of  0.75 times V ml of  water = 86.08 * 0.75 = 64.56 g
Weight of  flask  0.75 times full = 64.27 + 64.56 = 129.83 g
