Rizwan was is one of the main character in the story hunger by  Narisa Sharma.He is a jonourlist,has completed his studies. He belongs to a very poor family in which his father had died,his mother is ailing and his brothers are school dropouts. his family is facing the problem of hunger.We also get to know that Rizwan is a doublefaced man as he does not respect his subordinates (e.g. when he saw Kasim without any greetings he asked his name by placing a hand on his shoulder) and respects his seniors.He wants to improvise his living by becomin a jonourlist in the kihaan news paper. He also has full knowledge on about the government . He is an intellegent person.He is unexperienced in his job as he just asks one line questions.[there are many more points but i am as such not getting those but i hope this would be use ful to you Thankyou]
