Answer:

1.draw a line segment BC=4 7cm.

2.Measure 2cm in your compass and draw an arc from B.

3.Measure 3cm in your compass and draw and arc from C intersecting the previous arc.

4. To draw a perpendicular line, take a radius of length of more than half from C and draw an arc.

5. Now draw another arc from B which intersects the previous arc.

6.Now draw the perpendicular line from A through B.C..
