construct line a b of 8 cm
draw a perpendicular bisector of a b
by taking D as center draw an Arc of 4 cm and join DC
join AC and BC the triangle is formed
from a draw an acute angle of any measure
take an arc of 1 cm and cut into three parts b1 b2 b3
join B2 and b
extend B to B ' and joint B3 to b' which is // to B2B
similarly join b'c'//bc
join ac' we get the new triangle i.e. ab'c'
