In gasesous state, molecules of the particles possess more kinetic energy and due to this kinetic energy intermolecular force of attraction between molecules of the gas is negligible. Hence, due to more kinetic energy and negligible attraction force between the molecules, the gas retains its state
However, when the low temperature, high pressure then the kinetic energy of the molecules of the gas becomes less and the intermolecular force of attraction between molecules becomes available or more and due to which molecules of the gases comes in contact with each other but not as strongly as in solids and hence gases convert into liquid or gas gets liquify
This process can be achieved by Condensation
