Sardar Vallabhai Patel was a prominent Indian freedom fighter. His inspiration to fight for India’s freedom was from Mahatma Gandhi.
He was the pioneer of the non-violent Civil Disobedient Movement in Gujarat. This movement was triggered to protest against paying the increased tax levied by British Government. He was successful in his mission.
A couple of months before Quit India Movement, he was imprisoned for nine months.
Vallabhai Patel led the Satyagraha in Nagpur in 1923 after Mahatma Gandhi was arrested.

Chandra Shekhar Azad
Chandrashekhar Azad was a freedom fighter and always believed in the philosophy of bomb. He believes that freedom would be grabbed only when life of bombs and blood take the place of ink and pen.
Chandrashekhar Azad was born in Bhaora village of Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh. Chandrashekhar Azad a National Revolutionary Was the main inspiration of the Revolutionary group which played an important role in the freedom movement.
After finishing study at Banaras Sanskrit college and Kashi Vidyapeeth he joined the national freedom movement 1922. Azad devoted himself completely to propagate violent Revolutionary ideas. He had full faith in his capacity to convert the British people to his ways and make them see the wrong they had done to Hindustan. He organised groups of revolutionaries and advocated guerilla warfare training.
After the suspension of non cooperation movement by Gandhiji the revolutionaries became very active and Chandrashekhar Azad organised the revolutionaries formed the Hindustan socialist Republican Association( HSRA) in 1928. Under his leadership Bhagat Singh and Batukeshwar Dutt threw a bomb in the central Legislative Assembly on April 9 1929.
Chandrashekhar Azad was a true patriot with the difference. His dynamic Outlook in freedom movement raised eyebrows of many leaders. Azad believe that hands that help the nation are holier than lips that pray and induced the people to think.
