no because in democracy equal rights have given to minority and majority groups.

Ye, I agree with the statement "decision taken in a democracy is accepted by the majority of people. " because in these democracy all the decisions are directly makes benefit to the citizens because it will be a good opportunity or development of there community or many communitys.
