The constitution of a country is a set of rules, regulations and provisions that describes the basic belief and values of the country is based on.
THE FUNCTIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION ARE:-
- It also clearly defines the powers and functions of the Government.
- It lays down rules and regulations which citizens of the country abide by.
- The laws of our country are framed on the basis of the guidelines that the Constitution provides.
- It defines the fundamental nature of a country's political system and describes in detail the different organs of the government and their functions.
- It tries to curtail the misuse of power by the government by imposing certain limitations on the government.
