1) Louis XVI had to propose some new taxes for some reason. these taxes where oppressive
2) In the estates general meeting the principle of one vote one estate .it was rejected by the third estate.
3) They wanted that the voting should be held by the assembly as a whole. But Louis XVI rejected the proposal.
