• SYMPTOM :-

1) The visual happenings our felt ones, which tells us that a disease is going to happen.

2) The happenings, which can be cured if found.

3) It is a kind of change occurring in the body, which results in changing of body temperature, deformation of specific part resulting in illness.

4) Example : If a person notices unusual occurence of any rashes on the body, then it is a symptom.


• SYNDROME :-

1) It is the group of changes that occurs in a body, relating illness.

2) These are basically related to 'about to occur disease'.

Note : Disease and Syndrome are both different.

3) It describes any abnormalities or changes occurring in the body. Syndrome basically means collection of signs and symptoms of a disease.

4) Example : AIDS is a syndrome, because it is not present by birth, it affects human body due to unprotected sex, and moreover it results in occurrence of various other diseases.
