• The scientific management is where the mathematical models and the scientific formulas are used to determine the best management system of any given firm. While the traditional management system is where the use of culture and previous history as a way of  coming up with a suitable management  system of any given firm is used.
• These is just but highlight of the differences forms used in outlaying the differences.
