Difference between voluntary muscles and involuntary muscles

Voluntary muscle is under conscious control, and thus is controlled by the somatic nervous system while the involuntary muscle is under unconscious control, controlled by the autonomic nervous system.

voluntary muscles function under the control of central nervous system (brain &spinal cord)
whereas involuntary muscles does not obey
CNS. (involuntary in nature)
