In English grammar will and will be both are in future tense.
When "will" is used, when the job is done in future( not an Ongoing work). it means a partial but strong probability of performing the referred job. Where that work will be done by that time in future (not ongoing work).
Example: I will make an Aeroplane.
Here, the word "will" refers that I most probably finished making an Aeroplane in future.

"Will be" is used if the work is ongoing when it is future.
Likely, I will be in Hawaii in next Summer.
This means, My presence in Hawaii in next summer and the work is ongoing. That's all.

Answer:

“Will” is a helper verb, indicating intention, while “be” is a main verb, asin the sentence “I will be there in half an hour.” This means that the speaker has the intention to be “there” in half an hour. “Will be” is the future tense of the verb “to be.”
