embryo is the young cell that has just developed from the gametes. foetus is the developing embryo before birth

If the zygote divides repeatedly to rise to a ball of cells and these cells begin to form groups that develop into different tissues and organs in the body ,this developing structure is called embryo.
When the embryo develops fully and all other parts are district, it is called a feotus
