All living things are biotic factors and all non-living things are abiotic factors.
Biotic factors are plants, animals, bacteria, fungus, etc are components of environment which affect it by their own interactions.
Abiotic fcators like air, water, soil are components of environment in which biotic factors reside in.
The iotic factors are thus, dependent on abiotic factors.
