We can do this by chain rule...

d[sin(ax + b)]

Cos(ax + b) × d(ax + b)

dx

Therefore ur answer is acos(ax + b)

In chain rule first differentiate the outer function then inner function..

Like in this example first we differentiated first trig function (outer function) and then inner algebraic function...
