Sowing = It is the process in which seeds are sown on the field or land. This can be done through hand which is known as broadcasting. Nowadays, seed drills are used to sow seeds in the field and they sow seeds at proper distance, so that they get sunlight, water, minerals and nitrogen properly.

Levelling = This method makes the soil equal which is very important for sowing as well as irrigation. This is done by a machine called Leveller.
