Does co2 turn blue litmus red?

I think.... No

But when it is dissolved in water.

CO2+H2O=H2CO3

H2CO3 is carbonic acid which turns blue litmus to red.

No, but when carbondioxide reacts with water in the moist blue litmus paper, it turns into carbonic acid . Despite being a weak acid , it can be detected by the litmus paper turn into red .
