(a) Raceme and corymb inflorescence.

Raceme is a type which falls under the racemose type of inflorescence. In raceme type, the flowers are of bisexual and pedicellate type. And these flowers are arranged on the peduncle in an acropetal manner.

Example includes - Radish.

In corymb type, the flowers that are present in the lower region possesses long pedicels than the upper flowers to bring all the flowers at the same level.

Example includes - Capsella.

(b) Axile and parietal placentation.

The placentation where the placenta is found in the axial region is called axile placentation. Example : Tomato.

The placentation where the ovary is unilocular but because of the false septum it becomes bilocular, is called parietal placentation. Example : Mustard.
