Yes E- Governance is not the fully effective tool to curb the corruption unless both government & public not join hands against corruption & fight together again this cancer of nation .Here few other things with can pubic & government do to achieve target of Corruption free India bit early .

1.   Stop immediately unnecessary subsides & cash transfers.

2.    E-governance & implementing state of art technologies together to curb  

        the Corruption

3.    Right to Information

4.    Right to Education

5.   Public display & auditing of both private & government sector

6.    Tranperency at each possible level

7.    E –auction of govt. tenders

8.   Proper & fast investigations of pending corruption charges &  Cases.

9.   By proper Vigilance & rapid police actions.

10.   By eliminating mediator  between government & public .

11.   Say NO to agents

12.   Befits of policies directly to the poor

13.   By placing proper flow chart to combat corruption.

14.    Cutting red tape. All are equal in front of Government.

15.    Last but not the least all is can be possible by public support  

 & activeness. Change in vision. Dream of corruption free India & a place for equal opportunities. No to bribe. No more palm greasing.
