Its according to our tastes...Well I just checked the CBSE list...And there are some baesd on dairy farming... which seems easy..Girls could look forward to beautician courses...plus...fashion designing and textiles...
If you are good in studies..you could opt for subjects related to technology...

as it have large scope in future
