the curd form from the milk with the help of a bacteria lactobilicius which changes the milk formation and form curd

•When the pH of milk goes down from alkaline to acidic, The lactobaccilus bacteria converts the milk solids into curd or yogurt. ( these milk solids include a protein which is called casein)

•The acids to drop the pH can be- citric acid, vineger et cetera.

•This process is called fermentation.

• the rate of this process increases when the temperature is more than the normal temperature because a bacteria grows in warm temperature.
