HEY
1) Oxygenated blood is carried by arteries except pulmonary vein which carries oxygenated blood from lungs to heart. Deoxygenated blood is carried by veins except Pulmonary artery which carries deoxygenated blood to the heart from the body.
2) Circulation in humans is said to be double because oxygenated and deoxygenated blood flows from the body at the same time in one cycle.
3) It is necessary because humans can't take directly oxygen from the atmosphere.
Hope it helps
