Hey,

the dentition in humans can be described by the help of some terms like heterodont, diphyodont,thecodont.

let's see these terms in detail

-Heterodont:all the humans without exception form different type teeth i.e.,incisors,canines,premolars,molars.
such condition is called heterodont.

-Diphyodont:humans form two sets of teeth during their life time i.e., milk teeth &permanent teeth.such condition is called diphyodont.

-Thecodont: in humans teeth are embedded in the sockets of the jaw bone.such condition is called thecodont.

The dental formula of permanent teeth is as follows
\frac{2123}{2123}
the dental formula of milk teeth is as follows
 \frac{2102}{2102}
-The last teeth to be formed in permanent teeth is 3rd molar which is considered to be vestigial in humans.

HOPE THIS HELPS YOU.
