(i) In food - It provides nutritional supplement for metabolic rate.Chlollera is widely used in Japan.
(ii) In medicine- Due to its anti oxidant,anti cancer, anti viral properties, it is used in manufacturing medicine.
(iii) In agriculture- It is used as bio fertiliser and soil stabilizer.
(iv) In industry- It is widely used in paper making, paint making, etc.
