explain the process of digestion of Carbohydrates proteins and fats in human body?

The digestion of Carbohydrate, protein and fat is mainly done by the pancreatic juice which is produced bt pancreas. This pancreatic juice contains :-
lipase, amylase and trypsin.
- the lipase help in digestion of the fats and convert the fats into fatty acid or emulsified salts.

- Trypsin digest proteins which convert the protein into amino acids.

- Amylase help in the digestion of carbohydrate or starch into glucose.
