As said by A.I. Oparin and J.B.S.Haldane that life originated from inorganic matter so Stanley Miller and Harold C.Urey had a practical application they created an atmosphere to that of primitive once . water , methane and ammonia was added to Miller's apparatus .a temperature below 100c was maintained and sparks were discharged .after doing this for few days they got a red coloured liquid consisting of organic substances they were amino acids, alanine and aspartic acid
