every citizens of India who is 18 & above can cast his/her vote without any discrimination.
2)right to equality
everyone is equal in the eyes if law & none should be discriminated on any basis.
3)right to freedom
it is also called cluster of rights as it consists no. of rights in it like freedom of speech,freedom to form Union, freedom to assemble peacefully,etc.
