the example of zimbabve showed us that popular govt. i.e. ZANU-PF can be undemocratic and popular leaders i.e Robert Mugabe can be autocratic by using malpractices and dirty tricks to win election like they changed the polling booth at the last moment,forcing govt. teacher to force parents to vote for their party and even abolishing one of the major feature of democracy i.e. Freedom of speech and expression by lifting a ban upon media showing anything which is not liked by them
