கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவை,

$f(x)=x^{2}-1$

$(i)fog$

$\begin{aligned}&\text { fof }(x)=f[f(x)]\\&=f\left[x^{2}-1\right]\\&=\left[x^{2}-1\right]^{2}-1\end{aligned}$

$=x^{4}-2 x^{2}+1-1$

$\therefore fof =x^{4}-2 x^{2}$

$(ii) \text {fofof }$

$[f o(f o f)](x)=f[f o f(x)]$

$\begin{aligned}&=f\left[x^{4}-2 x^{2}\right]\\&=\left[x^{4}-2 x^{2}\right]^{2}-1\end{aligned}$

$\therefore \text { fofof }=\left[x^{4}-2 x^{2}\right]^{2}-1$
