There are two types of fibers in our food, and both help in overcoming constipations:-

1.)Soluble fiber:- ☆ it maintains more water in stool.
☆ making waste softer, larger thus easier to pass through your intestine.

2.) Insoluble Fiber:- ☆it adds bulk to our material which hastens its passage through guts and prevents that constipated feelings.
