find f(√2),if f(x)=x^2 +√2x+1.​

f(√2) = (√2)^2 + √2 × √2 + 1

= 2 + 2 + 1

= 5

f(x) = x {}^{2}  +  \sqrt{2} x  + 1 \\  \\ given \: that \\ f(x) = f( \sqrt{2} )  \\  \\  =  > f( \sqrt{2} ) = ( \sqrt{2} ) {}^{2}  +  \sqrt{2} ( \sqrt{2} ) + 1 \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:   \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  = 2 + 2 + 1 = 5
