Hence

x+40+2x+20+3x=180 ----------(sum of angles of triangle = 180)

6x+60=180

6x=120

x=20

hence

The angles are

1)20+40 = 60

2)40+20=60

3)3x=60

As all angles are 60 the triangle is equilateral triangle
