defined as the ratio of tangential stress to the shearing strain, within the elastic limit. Its urut is N/m2 or Pascal and its dimensional formula is [ML-1T-2]. Compressibility of a material is the reciprocal of its bulk modulus of elasticity...

u didnot give the value.......✌✌

The dimensions of stress , strain and modulus of elasticity are as follows -

• The physical dimension of stress is M L^-1 T^-2.

(Here, the M represents Mass, L represents length and T represents time, which are independent physical quantities).

• The physical dimension of strain is M^0 L^0 T^0 , which means strain do not has any kind of dimensional formula because it is the ratio of two lengths.

(Here, the M represents Mass, L represents length and T represents time, which are independent physical quantities).

• The physical dimension of modulus of elasticity is M L^-1 T^-2.

(Here, the M represents Mass, L represents length and T represents time, which are independent physical quantities).
