y=mx+c

y=(-2/3)X+c

Since it passes through the points -1 and 4 we can find the value of c by substituting these points in the equation

4=(-2/3)×(-1)+c

4=2/3+c

4-2/3=c

c=10/3

Hence the equation is

y=(-2/3)x+10/3
