10g=0.01kg For converting 0 degrees ice to 0 degree water the amount of heat is Q=mlf =0.01*336000 =3360 For converting 0 degrees water to 20 degrees water is Q=mass*specific heat*temparature difference =0.01*4200*(20-0) =840 Total heat =3360+840 =4200
