let here

z= 5/3+4i

absolute value of number z is the magnitude whose coordinate are

x=5/3 , and y= 4

such that

| 5/3+4i |=[(5/3)^2+4^2]

= [(25/9 + 16]

= (169/9)

=13/3

HENCE

evaluate the absolute value of given complex number

yields. | 5/3 + 4i |= 13/3
