I=V/(R3+R2+(R1Rv/R1+Rv))
So, I=24/(30+20+(20*20/20+20))
. . . . =0.4
The reading of voltmeter is=I*(R1Rv/R1+Rv)
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . =0.4*(20*20/20+20)
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . =4 volt
