Find the simple intrest on ₹8000 from january 16 2003 to june 11 ,2003 at the rate of 5% also find the amount

interest = principal × interest rate × no. of years
from Jan 16 2003 to June 11 2003 we have 147 days ( including Jan 16 and June 11)
interest = 8000 × 5 ÷ 100 × 147 ÷ 365
= Rs. 161
amount = 8000 + 161 = Rs. 8161
