n p r  = n! / (n - r)  !

7p3  = 7! / (7 - 3) ! =

7! = 7*6*5*4*3*2*1 = 5040

(7-3) ! = 4! = 4*3*2*1 = 24

7p3 = 5040/24 = 210 is the answer.
