Volume of cone = $\frac{1}{3} \pi \: r {}^{2} \: h$

$\frac{1}{ \cancel{3}} \times \frac{22}{7} \times \cancel{9} {}^{ \: \: \: 3} \times 9 \times 11 \\ \\ 3.14 \times 3 \times 9 \times 11 \\ \\ = 932.58 \: \: cm {}^{2}$
