If the root of equation is -3 and 4 , then
a+b = -3 and
ab = 4
x^2 - (a+b)x + ab = 0
x^2 - (-3)x + 4 = 0
x^2 + 3x + 4 = 0
This will be the quadratic equation

let x=-3 or x=4
then (x+3)(x-4)
x^2-4x+3x-12
x^2-x-12 your answer
