Hey dear,

● Acceleration -
Acceleration is the rate of change of velocity.

Mathematically, acceleration is given by -
a = dv / dt

But, velocity is displacement per unit time.
v = ds / dt
a = ds / dt^2

From this we can say that acceleration is affected by time^2.
