Sum = n/2 ( a + a8)
= 8/2. ( 58 + 44)
= 4( 102)
= 408

S8= n/2[2a+(n-1)d]
= 8/2[2×58+(8-1)-2]
= 4[116+(-14)]
=4[102]
= 408
