Hold one moist and one dry strip of blue litmus paper over dry HCI acid gas. Which strip will turn red and why ?

First strip will turn blue litmus red...Because it has water that is it is moist so when hcl will be passed it will form hydronium ions which show acidic nature and turn blue litmus red..
