To learn English follow these steps

Don’t be afraid to make mistakes. Be confident. People can only correct your mistakes when they hear you make them.

Surround yourself in English. Put yourself in an all English speaking environment where you can learn passively. The best way to learn is through speaking.

Practise every day. Make yourself a study plan. Decide how much time a week you are going to spend studying and stick to it. Establish a routine.

Tell your family and friends about your study plan. Get them to push you to study and also don’t let them interrupt you.

First of all, we don't need to learn english we need to understand. To get english in easy way just make these habits
1) Always Converse in english
2) Read good literature books. If you don't like reading books you can read anything like magazine, comics and newspaper
3) Listen english songs and watch english movies with subtitle
4) Live in an english speaking environment
5)Make a note if all the new words that you learn and if you get stuck in some so go through a dictionary.
6) Listen speeches of great english leaders.
