Its a Marxist theory who want to see society equally
When we don't have own property we'll feel equal . Equal resource for all
The lower class will be treated the same way as the higher class get treated
But there'll be alot problems in that also
Nobody will work hard because the state will give you your basic needs for example food, cloth, shelter, health and education
People won't work hard so the locke said there are 3 important thing that is provided by the state and that is life liberty and property hope this will help you:)
