Lamb makes this observation in answer to derek's opinion that if people with similar handicaps stay together there will  be nobody to stare. What he means to suggest is that underneath the scars which are same for all , people have different personalities. All are human beings but his sameness does not prevent people from being unique individuals , for god creates them so- different from all others in several ways yet basically similar to them.

Answer:

The statement is true, it means when Mr lamb says "everything is same, but everything is different".

Explanation:

Lamb creates this statement in response to Derek's idea that if people with identical handicaps stay jointly their choice is nobody to stare at. What he points out to propose exists that under the imperfections which are exact for all, people maintain separate characters. All are human beings while his correspondence does not prevent people from being special individuals, for God makes them so- distinct from all others in several forms yet basically equivalent to them.
