Equal number of Dutch and French ministers were made in the Central Government.
Some powers of the Central Government was given to the state governments.
A new Government, The Community Government was formed which solved matters like language issues, education etc. It was a one language Community that is French, Dutch, or Germans.
In this whole process, the Constitution of Belgium was amended four times.
